1. Registration and confirmation
Rates for participation are supplied on request only. Completing the registration form does not guarantee automatic confirmation. All registrations are reviewed individually, and exhibitors must meet the participation criteria set by LTP.Travel. Confirmation and final acceptance are at LTP.Travel's sole discretion.
2. Participation Agreement
Participation as an Exhibitor is governed by a separate Participation Agreement executed between the Exhibitor and BTS Group S.p.A. SB (trading as LTP.Travel) prior to confirmation. This Agreement sets out the applicable fees, payment terms, cancellation conditions, and what is included in participation. In the event of any discrepancy between this page and the Participation Agreement, the terms of the signed Agreement prevail.
3. Meetings and scheduling
LTP.Travel facilitates meeting scheduling but cannot guarantee that the Exhibitor will meet only the accounts of interest, and accepts no responsibility for no-shows. Stand allocation is based on registration and payment order; specific stands cannot be pre-booked.
4. Conduct
Exhibitors are expected to comply with LTP.Travel's instructions and the Venue's regulations, and to conduct themselves in a manner that does not disrupt other participants or the professional character of the event.
5. Force majeure and limitation of liability
LTP.Travel shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or delay arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Details of the applicable force majeure provisions are set out in the Participation Agreement.
6. Personal data
Contact details of buyers and exhibitors are treated as confidential and are not disclosed to third parties without consent, except as required by law. Processing of personal data for registration, communication, and promotional purposes (including photography and video) is governed separately by our Privacy Notice.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
