Terms & Conditions — Hosted Buyers

Hosted buyer, agency — by invitation only

Terra Italia 2027 — Florence.

Organizer: Travel Media Middle East FZCO, responsible for the invitation, registration, and participation of Hosted Buyers at Terra Italia, in cooperation with LTP.Travel (BTS Group S.p.A. SB), as co-organizer of the event.

1. Eligibility and confirmation

Participation as a Hosted Buyer is by invitation only and free of charge. Completing the registration form does not guarantee participation; it confirms acceptance of the invitation received. All applications are reviewed individually, and confirmation is at Travel Media's sole discretion.

2. Terms of the invitation

The scope of the Hosted Buyer package — including accommodation, flight reimbursement, transfers, FAM trip conditions, and the single-representative policy — is set out in the official invitation sent to the buyer. In the event of any discrepancy between this page and the invitation, the terms of the invitation prevail.

3. Attendance commitment

Confirmed Hosted Buyers are expected to attend the full program and to honour the meeting schedule arranged through the appointment system. Repeated no-shows or late cancellation of scheduled meetings may affect eligibility for future editions of Terra Italia.

4. Cancellation of participation

If a confirmed Hosted Buyer is unable to attend, Travel Media must be notified in writing as soon as possible, in accordance with the notice period set out in the invitation.

5. Conduct

Hosted Buyers are expected to comply with the organizers' instructions and the Venue's regulations, and to conduct themselves in a manner consistent with the professional and confidential nature of the event.

6. Personal data

Processing of personal data for registration, meeting scheduling, communication, and promotional purposes (including photography and video) is governed separately by our Privacy Notice.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
